PVO has implemented a yearly audit process carried out by SA8000 certified auditors across all our partner’s factories. This audit ensures real-time compliance with ESG standards, including SA8000, GRI, and the UN Global Compact, resulting in full compliance with upcoming European regulatory requirements.
General qualification Factory Audit
Our dedication to traceability is emphasized by a comprehensive yearly supply chain audit on each production location. This audit, executed by IRCA accredited auditors and aligned with German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act requirements, provides a reference picture of our supplier’s supply chain processes.
100% Batch Tracking
PVO further streamlines the process by batch tracking every order purchased on project base (a traceability report). The batch tracking involves a thorough inspection that analyzes and verifies the origin of materials for each solar panel, down to the specific raw materials such as polysilicon. The assessment is made by verifying raw material information such as serial numbers, purchase orders and purchase contracts from the suppliers, all to ensure that only agreed materials from the right suppliers are used. The results are registered in a report compliant with the upcoming European Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, offering our customers full transparency into the product’s journey.
Quality Assurance: 100% Quality Check
In addition to our thorough batch tracking practices, PVO has implemented a full quality check of solar panels that are purchased on project base, involving Pre-Shipment Inspections and continuous Production Monitoring. Additionally, 100% of the solar panels undergo a software-based Electroluminescence Image Analysis, reinforcing our quality assurance. By subjecting each order to these inspections, we ensure that our customers receive reliable and high-quality solar panels that meet and exceed industry standards.
